Insert images in replies

There are three question types in which you can save image URLs:

• Cards

• Buttons (Templates: Button Type Question with Images and Button Type Question with Images and Info Icon)

• Checkboxes

Select the desired question type and enter the image URL in the Image URL field.

⚠️Use images from a publicly accessible server. Password-protected images cannot be displayed in the selector.

Insert icons

There are two places in the questionnaire where you can save icons.

Insert icons in page titles

Enter the URL for the icon in the Icon URL field.

The icon appears in the questionnaire next to the page title:

Enter the URL for the icon in the Info icon URL field.

The info icon appears in the questionnaire next to the question:

Specifications for images and icons in the questionnaire

👉 Images should have a resolution of at least 72dpi, as this is the optimum size for the web. This avoids long loading times.

👉 JPEG files are suitable for normal images. For graphics, use PNG files with a transparent background to avoid unnecessary borders.

👉 Vector graphics are generally recommended for icons, but any format is possible.

👉 Images for questions should always be in the same format. We recommend square pictures. The dimensions should not exceed 500×500 with a maximum size of 500kB .

👉 It is not possible to import images into the Workbench and manage them there. You can store images from publicly accessible servers using the URL. Please note that you are responsible for obtaining the necessary licenses for image use.
