Download result as PDF

1. In the Workbench, open the Result Page > Top Sections or Bottom Sections (i.e. above or below the result).

2. Click on Add Section > CTA PDF download button.

3. Enter a label in Button Label.

4. Enter the PDF URL under Template URL.

5. Enter the file name in the format Name.pdf under Custom Download File Name.

Download result as CSV

1. In the workbench, open Result Page > Top Sections or Bottom Sections (i.e. above or below the result).

2. Click on Add Section > Export recommendations as CSV button.

3. Enter a label under Button Label.

4. Enter a separator under CSV export delimiter (default setting: comma).

5. Under CSV export escape string, enter a character to mask special characters or separators (default setting: quotation marks)

1. Optional:

   1. Under Which sort group to extract recommendation from, select the sort group from which the platform exports the recommendations.

   2. Under Specific product recommendation properties to extract to the CSV, enter the names of the data columns.

   3. Under Related to pagination. Limit represents… define the maximum number of exported recommendations.

   4. Under Related to pagination. Offset represents… define the starting point in the list of recommendations from which the CSV export begins.

   5. Activate the toggle Download CSV file as a ZIP archive to download the CSV file in ZIP format.
