Set questions and answers as a condition

In this article you will find configuration instructions for conditions referring to questions and answers.

The conditions are listed in the user interface of the rules under Select a condition > Question condition.

If a particular question is answered

Condition: The selector user answers a specific question in the questionnaire (regardless of the answer). Only then the action is executed.

1. Click on Select a condition > If a particular question is answered.

2. Under Select a question choose the question.

If a particular answer is selected

Condition: The selector user chooses a specific answer in the questionnaire. Only then the action is executed.

1. Click on Select a condition > If a particular answer is selected.

2. Under Select an answer, choose the answer.
