Influence of personality from the prompt!
A personality describes the style, tonality, and angle from which the AI responds. If you pretend that the AI is a tech expert, for example, it will answer in a more detailed, fact-oriented, and rather sober way. A "sales person", on the other hand, formulates in a more motivating, solution-oriented way and with more focus on benefit arguments.
Different situations require different types of communication. Customers feel better taken care of when the AI "speaks" in a way that suits the situation – whether in support (empathetic) or in the sales process (solution-oriented and convincing).
Tip: Try to define different personalities on clearly defined topics (e.g. if you ask about safety, please answer as...)

My answer is too long – how can I control this?
Limit the desired length directly in the prompt (e.g. "Keep it short - in a maximum of 5 sentences")
Specify the answer format!
Structured responses are easier to read and faster to use.
Depending on the use case or keyword, you can tell the prompt:
"If a product comparison is requested, give your answer as a list of 3 benefits"
"If..., then explain step-by-step"
"If..., then use a short FAQ structure"
Exclude answer types!
Command the prompt to avoid irrelevant, overly complicated, or too "promotional" responses.
You can give commands to the prompt up to the complete exclusion of subject areas.
Example:
Answer briefly, without marketing phrases
No technical details, only business level
Once product category X is included in your response, remove the contact details from your response
Never refer to specific ISO or DIN standards
The AI responds with "Information not available" even though it is there.
Make sure the correct columns/documents have been included
Make sure that feedback has been given (if necessary several times). Rate the answer with a thumbs up – this helps the AI learn. Link
Why are some Excel data not taken into account?
Make sure the correct data is included in the correct column. Link
Make sure you tell the prompt that they have access to technical product data. Example: You have access to product data and its technical characteristics.
Make sure you tell the prompt where to find it. Example: In the product data you will find an entry contact person. When recommending a product, always name the contact person.
Can I add links to my answer?
Make sure that feedback has been given (if necessary several times). Rate the answer with a thumbs up – this helps the AI learn. The links always follow the same principle: the name comes in the square brackets and the link in the round brackets. In the example shown here, the links would then be displayed as follows: technical documentation & technical advice
If the gaming laptop product type is included in your answer, conclude the answer with the following note: "To find the right gaming laptop, please feel free to use our [technical documentation](https://www.foxbase.de/), or contact the [technical advice](https://help.foxbase.de/).
