    Article summary

    1. Contact CSM support to gain access to the advanced logic settings.

    2. Open the Algorithm section > Algorithm Settings.

    3. Under Choose Recommendation Service Version, select the option Product-Recommendation Service (v2).

    4. Activate the Enable AI toggle.

    This activates the AI. Continue with the configuration in the tab AI (see related article).

    💡Product-Recommendation Service (v2) currently supports the Filter, Rules, Sort Groups and Matrix features.
